With the festive season, it is worth being aware of the health services, hotlines and resources available for children and their families, should any child or family need support over the holiday season.
While we hope that no child would require any health services over the holiday period, this is not the reality of the Holiday season. Over excitement over Christmas periods and everyday accidents happen and require immediate treatment.
At Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation (SCHF), our mission is to ensure that all kids have access to the healthcare they need, whenever and wherever they need it.
Below we have created a list of useful health services, hotlines and resources for children and their families. We invite you to familiarise yourself with the below resources in case you should need them.
Wishing everyone a safe and happy holiday season.
