Hats on for Children's Palliative Care Day #hatson4cpc

By SCHN Palliative Care Join Me

I'm raising funds for the Palliative Care Service at Sydney Childre's Hospital Network

We invite you to join us on Tuesday 8th, October to celebrate Hats on For Children’s Palliative Care (#HatsOn4CPC) – a special day that raises international awareness of the need for children’s palliative care and the work of Children’s Palliative Care (CPC) services worldwide.

Why hats?

Families and health professionals wear different hats every day as they care for children living with life-limiting conditions. Some of our hats are as parents, siblings, caregivers, hospital staff, teachers, and volunteers. Whichever hat you wear to improve the lives of seriously ill children around the world, make your voice heard by joining us this year for #HatsOn4CPC. (The International Children’s Palliative Care Network)

That’s why this year the Palliative Care team at Sydney Children’s Hospital Network would like to invite you to join in on the day help us raise awareness for this important service.
