We are overwhelmed by all of the support. 
Over $3000 dollars has been raised for Westmead Children’s Hospital, and those that know us well will know how much the hospital means to us as a whole family. ?

I’ve chosen to raise much needed funds for Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation

Being known for her very long, thick brown hair. Six year old Charlotte, is wanting to share her hair by cutting it and donating her hair to be made into a wig. The wig will then be donated to a child in need, due to medical treatments.

Charlotte will be cutting at least 20cm of her hair to be donated. We are planning for the “big cut” to take place around the end of November (pending Covid restrictions)!

In preparation for the big haircut, Charlotte would like to also raise money for Westmead Children’s Hospital, who have looked after her brother, Christian 9, on many occasions since he was born.

As parents, we are so proud of her wanting to share what she is so fortunate to have with others and raise funds in the process.

The Children's Hospital at Westmead is one of Australia's leading specialist medical centres for children, offering a safe and friendly healing environment for children from NSW and beyond. The Hospital's expert medical staff care for more than 80,000 critically ill and injured children every year. 

Having spent a lot of time in and with the medical teams of Westmead Children’s Hospital since 2012, we know the hardwork and dedication to the children all the staff have.

We as a family, are so incredibly grateful for everything the Children’s has done for us over the years and want to be able to support them.
