I'm raising funds for Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation!

Edgar Stephen ward is a cardiology and cardiothoracic ward caring for babies, children and adolescents who have structural heart defects, heart failure and heart rhythm abnormalities.

Staff on the ward are skilled in caring for children with heart problems, we provide the best possible care for kids in our hospital, as well as trying to make it a friendly and sometimes even fun place to be. 

Staff work together to diagnose and treat more than 5000 babies, children and adolescents with Congenital Heart Disease each year. As the largest centre for childhood heart disease in NSW, we provide clinical care for complex procedures and run a world-class research program as well. 

We strive to make each family's stay in hospital as comfortable as possible, many family's have extended stays where Edgar Stephen Ward becomes their home away from home. We aim to deliver excellent cardiac care via family centred, comprehensive, integrated and individualised care models at all times. 

In order to do all of this we rely heavily on donations in order to help buy equipment, supplies and resources for the ward.
