I’m thrilled to share that I’ve completed my 24-hour row! I cannot thank you all enough for the incredible kindness, donations, and unwavering support you’ve shown throughout this journey.
The first attempt was a bitter pill to swallow. I was 14 hours in, when my rower screen decided to turn off.
I had a few days off then bounced back onto the rower to start all over again!
I rowed a total of 230,050 metres in 24 hours and I currently sat 6th on the leaderboard which is worldwide! It was one of the toughest challenges I’ve faced—not so much physically, but mentally.
I am so incredibly grateful to each and every one of you who donated, cheered me on, and sent words of encouragement!
I'm raising funds for Sydney Children's Hospitals Foundation!
On 28th December m, I’ll be taking on The Rogue Standard, a grueling 24-hour row. I’ll be raising funds for the incredible kids supported by the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Foundation (SCHF). My goal is to row over 160,000 meters without sleep—a big challenge, but nothing compared to what these kids and their families face daily.
This cause is especially close to my heart because earlier this year, we welcomed our daughter, Penelope, into the world, and we were blown away by the amazing care and service we received at the hospital. It’s my way of giving back and helping other families during their hardest times.
