Elizabeth Crouch is Chair of the Sydney Children’s Hospitals Network, the Customer Owned Banking Association, Hearing Australia, Ochre Health and Catholic Schools Diocese of Parramatta. She is also a member of the boards of the NSW Institute of Sport and Health Infrastructure

Elizabeth is the Emerita Deputy Chancellor of Macquarie University and has held previous NED roles on the boards of ASX listed ReadyTech Holdings, Bingo Industries, SGS Economics and Planning, Angus Knight , Chandler Macleod Group, McGrath Estate Agents, RailCorp and the Macquarie University Hospital. She was previously on the board of Western Sydney Local Health District and from 2016-2018 was a Trustee of the Museum of Applied Arts and Sciences, retiring in December 2018.   

Elizabeth spent 16 years with the Federal Government including with Federal Health, and more than a decade in the private sector including as Chief Executive of the Housing Industry Association. She holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Cyber Security. Elizabeth was awarded an Order of Australia for her services to higher education and the rail transport sector.  She is also a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
